150 g fagioli neri lessati
1 limone
1 dado per brodo
2 cucchiai zucchero
prezzemolo tritato
25 g burro
sale
pepe
Lavate il limone, asciugatelo e grattugiate la scorza.
Tagliatelo in due e spremetelo.
In una pentola antiaderente, mettete le carote, aggiungetevi la scorza di limone grattugiata e il succo, il dado, lo zucchero e il burro.
Salate, pepate e ricoprite con acqua, poi fate bollire col coperchio.
Lasciate cuocere fino a quando le carote sono diventate tenere.
A questo punto aggiungete i fagioli e mescolate dolcemente.
Mettete il composto su un vassoio, guarnite col prezzemolo e servite.
