200 g mandorle
300 g zucchero
3 uova
1 tazzina mistr?
10 g semi d'anice
1 bustina lievito in polvere
Formare in una teglia precedentemente imburrata e infarinata, dei filoncini stretti e lunghi.
Infornare a 180 gradi per circa 20 minuti.
Togliere dal forno e tagliare i filoni a fette (1 1/2 cm di spessore circa).
Disporre le fette nella teglia e rimettere in forno per alcuni minuti per farle asciugare e renderle croccanti e asciutte.
Dolce che si conserva per lungo tempo.
Viene servito a fine pasto accompagnato da vin santo.
